Initially, I had difficulty with opening and locking the stroller in to place. However, after a couple of times where it would fall off the wheels, I had it figured out. It's extremely helpful when flying with kids to have this device - especially when they fall asleep in the car or on the plane. The only other small problem is that it is a little wide so it didn't fit in the seat. So, I had to check it at the gate, which isn't really a problem since it allowed me to have the stroller capability all the way up to the gate without having to check a car seat and carry a stroller. Much more efficient!
